Tabikau

Terms of Service (beta)

Last updated: 2026-10-03

1. What Tabikau is

Tabikau ("the Service") is a place where travelers and people who want something bought in the country the traveler is visiting can find each other.

The Service is not a party to any sale, carriage, payment or escrow. Settling the item cost and reward, handing over the item, and checking customs and import rules are the users' own responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and sign in with a LINE or Google account.

We may suspend accounts and hide listings without notice when a report or suspected abuse warrants it.

3. Prohibited

Requesting or carrying goods that violate the laws, customs or quarantine rules of either country (e.g. prohibited food, medicine, weapons, counterfeit goods).

Bulk requests for commercial resale, impersonation, false purchase or receipt reports, harassment, or harvesting contact details.

Forcing deals off the platform, manipulating reviews, or interfering with moderation.

4. Deals and disputes

Accepting an offer creates a deal whose terms (quantity, price cap, reward, hand-off) are recorded in the chat and deal card.

If something goes wrong, try to resolve it in chat first; if that fails, raise a dispute. We rule on the record but do not provide monetary compensation.

A deal completes automatically 7 days after the hand-off report.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that deals will be made or fulfilled, nor the quality or authenticity of goods. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for disputes or losses between users.

6. Changes and governing law

These terms may change without notice; continued use means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
